Marie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive nursing experience in both hospital and private care settings. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals navigating mental health challenges, including substance use disorders and a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
Marie began her healthcare career as a Nursing Assistant and Registered Nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Inspired by meaningful interactions with patients during her clinical training, she chose to pursue a career in psychiatry.
She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lawrence Memorial Regis College of Nursing in Medford, Massachusetts, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State University. Marie later completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Lawrence Memorial Regis College. Her clinical training included rotations at UMass Memorial Hospital in Clinton and Worcester, Massachusetts, and at Advanced Psych-Care, LLC in Salem, New Hampshire.
Marie has been recognized for her academic achievements, receiving the Wennerstrom Scholarship for Academic Excellence and an award for excellence in mental health nursing. She is also a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Her clinical expertise includes psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment plans for patients aged 14 and older. She provides therapy and medication management for conditions such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mood disorders.
Marie is known for her warm, non-judgmental approach and commitment to building positive therapeutic relationships. By integrating her skills and experience, she helps patients improve their mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.
