Brenda Grant is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 18 years of experience in mental health and social services. Her career includes extensive work in public service, both in community-based programs and inpatient settings, where she has supported marginalized populations facing significant mental health challenges, co-occurring substance use disorders, and complex trauma.
Brenda earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Boston University. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in diverse therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions.
She specializes in working with adults, adolescents, trauma survivors, and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. Her holistic approach allows her to adapt treatment to each client’s unique needs, fostering healing and personal growth.
